KIWANIS International and the Lifesaver® Bottle. August 12, 2009
Kiwanis International (www.kiwanis.org) invited Brett W. Hess, President and CEO of HTI Special Operations Equipment and Lifesaver USA to speak about his time served in the US Navy SEAL Teams, his involvement with various worldwide Humanitarian Organizations and the vision of a Lifesaver Relief Foundation, and his experiences while in Afghanistan. In a packed room of Kiwanis International members, Mr. Hess introduced them to the revolutionary technology contained in the Lifesaver® Bottle and its potential for a profound global impact. During the presentation, Mr. Hess also played a 9 minute video clearly defining a solution for worldwide waterborne illness and disease prevention initiatives for children living in natural disaster areas or severely impoverished environments. The newest Lifesaver® product for combating virus and bacteria ridden drinking water is in the form of a Jerry Can which will filter and sterilize 25,000 liters of water on demand!
